Quality is back with tmpeg 2.1

I am very happy our forum is online..
Anyway, I like to report that 2.1 seems that creates good mpeg 2 files again. Quality come back.
I tested it last couple of days and my results are:
2.1: Better colours, sharpness, picture stability
12H: Less Blocks (not much less, but less)
TooLame is also working with no problems
I didn't try 2 PASS VBR, only CQ_VBR and CBR
Any other reports are welcome

i will be testing mines today..i just bought shrek DVD and turning it to a vcd for mah lil'cuzin....ill report here for any improvements and bug if i find any

In the TMPGEnc official site only ver. 2.0 is downloadable.

It's been a while since I've used this software... a couple of questions:

(1) Is the MPEG-2 encoding function limited in any way?

(2) Is the software natively English, or does it require a patch?

@ Bon: Yes, mpeg 2 fuction is working only for 30 days. But there are solution for this (and it is not cracking..)
The software is japanese, but versions after 12B is in english without patch.

@ Anyone: Any contributions about the new 2.1? Quality issues (no speed, that seems to be less than 2.0)
