I own Pioneer writer 107D and I do not have (nor my friends) any Liteon writer. Due this I can't use KProbe to verify quality and reliability of DVD media. Is there any other good way of checking if burned media is OK? Is DVDInfoPro and it's "media test option" good and reliable way of checking?

Use the "Performance" test in KProbe. This will work on all DVD drives.
All the C1/C2 stuff does not tell you much about how readable the disc is. If your C1/C2 values are high, so what? What does that mean?
With the Performance test it is easy to spot if the DVDROM slows down to reread certain parts of the DVD. Any DVDs of mine that do land straight in the bin 8) -
