no audio on playback

Hi,

I'm new at this. I used DVD Decrypter to copy a DVD movie to my HD. I then use DVD Shrink to reduce file sizeto fit onto one DVD. When I do that the audio file that is created is empty so when I play the movie from my HD or play a burned DVD there is no audio. When I use DVD shrink I only uncheck the foreign language audio files and all sub-titles/director's comments. I leave the english language audio files checked. I only have this problem with one DVD title. Other titles work okay, that is video playback with audio. Suggestions?

try using smartripper and DVD2ONE and see if that fixes it
those are what i use, and i have no probs.
