And anyway, the poor bastard was 72 and his diet was 30 year old; doesn't sound to me like he was a victim of his own methods.

Ya he died like almost a year ago.......but I think that in the long run his diet isn't the best for you. I feel that it overloads you with protein which can eventually hurt you. The better diet is the SouthBeach diet.....it too is a protein diet but lets you eat fruits and carbs.
