I shoot, record, capture and create my own VCDs/SVCDs from general occasions where i sell it after that. Can i protect my cds from being copied ?

Only by breaking them in half or scratching the surface off, I'm afraid.
Seriously, anything you do to "protect" them will reduce compatibility since they deviate from the norm. I have seen programs that tamper with an ISO file in order to create non standard discs, but I wouldn't recommend that.
Better may be to encode the video with a small watermark identifying you as the owner. There are ways you could crop this, but the resulting quality would be bad enough to put off the casual copier. -
