finalizing +r discs problem

hope you guys can help, created myself a problem!
i had a philips dvd standalone recorder that i burnt lots of stuff to +r media & did not finalize the discs.
now i just got a new sony gx7 and it will play +r discs but only if finalized, so im stuck with 80 discs that i need to finalize
my question is , does anyone know of a pc programme that will read and finalize the +r discs on my pc, so i can play em on my sony.
my dvd burner is a pioneer a06 by the way, anyone who can help will make an old man verry happy!

Just use Nero to add a dummy file to your disk and check "finalize disk" option.

Cheers for reply, but when i try to finalize, the drive says its not accessable, incorrect function
im runnin xp and ive installed the aspi drivers
any more idea's

DVD Decrypter - Right click 'source drive' - Close (track, session, disc)

thanx tompika, tried this but it comes up with drive i/o errors or incompatable file format when reading the video ts dir on disc, i really cant work this one out the info says its a dvd +r disc but it wont write to the drive!!
im gonna bed now to sleep on this one!
