I just wanted to start off by saying THANK YOU to everyone here. I've been reading all the helpful posts and almost all of my questions have been answered without a single post from me. I now only have a few left. Forgive me if I haven't looked far enough into the previous posts but here are my remaing (silly) questions:

1. My Plextor 708A says I'm able to burn 4x +Rs at 8x but how do I change that setting on Nero 6?

2. Is making a burn from a burn possible or do I need to re-DVDSHRINK and/or re-DVDFAB it?

2. Making a burn from a burn I guess means can you 'make a copy of a copy' or do you need to go through all that shrinking and ripping process again.... The original DVD Movie is copy protected. That means you can't copy the files from the DVD to your desktop. Try it sometime and you will see first hand. The wonderful programs we use here to backup our DVD movies removes this copy protection so..... the files on your backup copies are simply data files and you can do with them as you like. You can click/copy/paste them onto your desktop at will. No need for further ripping.
