    Is it possible to make a copy of a DVD-R (Home Movies) on the Panny E-80?

    I would appreciate any help.

    My answer is NO. But since I can't be sure what are you looking for, like I was wrong in my assumption before. So here is a link to post with same question.

    Panasonic E80 dubbing from DVD-R to hard drive. Doable?
    Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home)

    just get a cheap $29 dvd player from circuitcity & feed that signal into your panasonic. Very easy to do. BTW, get a player that has s-video out, your copy should look just like the original.
