    Hi,

    I don't know if I have posted in the right forum or not. I have not received a response to my post. I can not get any help from the Nero Support Team. I would really like to communicate with someone who knows how to use Nero.

    I am trying to load a DVD movie that I made a couple of months ago. The movie has a menu with chapters. I want to edit it and make a new movie. I need it to load with the existing chapter markers because they mark the parts I want to put on the new movie. I have tried every way I can see to load it, but the existing chapter markers are not loading. I get a screen shot of the menu page, but the chapters do not work.

    If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.
    If I am in the wrong forum, could a moderator please let me know which one I should be in.
