  1. Anyone has the problem of not receieing their machine licenses.
I have to admit I may of cocked up somehwere and I did find my reg license sitting in my quarinted folder (due to me being heavy handed with spam filters because the mydoom virus) but im sure that they havent been sent yet (it's been 3 days i know it is over the weekend and i shouldnt expect like next day support on it).

So at the moment i'm left with what is meant to be a good product (i havent even tried the trail yet and I just heard it is what I wanted and bought it ) but I cant use because it shows that I have used my 2 machine licenses already but I havent had them .

    Any help would be appreciated

  2. Install the software including the XML file and run svcd2dvd this will promt you to go to the site or even connect its self. You will then be able to collect your machine lic.
Dont dissconnect or shut down untill it has cleared the new files or you will have to do it all over again and you will have lost one of your licences...

    Woops misread your post....
You will have to email chrissyboy as it says on the page to get the licences reset...
You dont get them sent you copy them from the page and load them into svcd2dvd.....
As i said in my other post Dont shut down or dissconect from the net till the program is fully running.....

  4. Ok thanks, Chrissyboy came to the rescue and supplied me with the machine licenses.

Just as a note i couldnt get it to work after that either but then I uninstalled svcd2dvd then went through my registry and deleted any reference to badger reinstalled and now it seems to work beautifully
