I have a multi region Sony DVP-NS400D player it was sold to me as a "play all" DVD player but it refuses to play DVD-R that are burned via the PC. I have spoken to the people that sold me the thing in the first place and they are saying that it is a software problem and will cost around £40 to fix.
Having browsed through the topics can anyone possibly tell me if this is a case or is it down to the software or the type of DVD-R. Some advice wouyld be most appreciated.
Regards
