Set Top Player Shuts Down on menu selection

Hello,

I've burnt a few dozen kiddie movies to DVD with MovieFactory2, MF3, Roxio, with very good success.

Today, After creating a DVD of some of their favorite movies I tested it on our SONY DVP S330 and after the intro played and the main menu appeared I choose item #3 and the DVD player turned off.

After restarting player and choice item 3 again it played.

Specs on MPEG's
2 titles at 3000vbr mpeg1L2 @48khz
1 title at 2500vbr mpeg1L2 @48 khz (this was the item #3 denoted above)

Media is a Memorex (don't have media code but checking that out tonite)

Anyone seen this type of anamoly? Any ideas what could be causing it? Media?, BitRate? ???
