Hello,
I've recently ripped a dvd with dvddecrypter, which went all fine. Then i used dvd2one to get only the movie with subtitles which worked fine too.
But when i burned the dvd and i thought the subtitles would come on with it they didn't. I've used Nero 6 to burn the movie on my dvd-r i know you can use dvddecrypter only for the movie rip too which i did after the first didn't work well. But i want to be sure what to do next before making another coaster with the next dvd-r. What should i do? Are there other software progs i should use? Or is it just something i must change in the Nero settings? :/
i've been going true these guides but i don't know what's good enough to just use that type of software
Thx a lot

When i viewed the files on my hard drive after the process with dvd2one i can still see that i have the subtitles on is so that's not the problem. Also i ripped another dvd with the same dvdencrypter and left more languages and subtitles. Is it posible to make with Tmpgenc dvd author a dvd menu? So i can still change the subtitles or language. Or is it just when you have mpeg or avi to convert to dvd?

the thing is i just need to know if i can just use the original dvd with some changes coz i can't use all the menu's on it (like the extra's) ortherwise the length is to much. 4.7GB

try converting dvd2one's output to an image with IMGTOOL and burn the image to a rw first. If that doesn't work try using dvd decrypter and then dvd shrink. burn files.
