    I've only a laptop with DVD ROM with max. 6,5GB free diskspace. Is that enought for convert a DVD.It exist a USB-Link to a desktop PC with more diskspace(but without DVD ROM).

    if you frameserve everything it is enough space to rip standard length dvds. high capacity discs will require you to rip in stages(not too difficult to manage)
