Is it bad media?

I got my DVD burner about a week ago. And managed to get through converting a divx, mastering, burning, and it all worked. Woohoo. Then it started freezing every once and a while during play back. From what ive read on the forum this is usually due to crappy media. But I just want to make sure before I run out and buy another spindle. Ive got an lg4081 burner and a sony dvp75 player. I ran dvd info an the disc and it is posted below. If it is the disc, does that mean there all garbage or could I still use them for other things like storage. Also I know burners/players differ, but what a few good brands of disc the usually work good on anything.

if you read the comments -- not so good, but try burning at 1x or 2x speed first before you toss them .. also keep size under 4 gig ..
