Can anyone suggest what software is the best to use for multiple editing on one clip. I often record from music channels for hours on end and then cut the videos I want out and put them on a vcd. I currently using a mpg cutter that came with my tv-card and it is very time consuming and awkward to use. I need a piece of software that can cut parts of a clip with me entering the time's I want to cut from.

Please help me.
