I just noticed this on some of my captures. I'm looking closer since I started learning and using AviSynth and was using the Crop. See the right side of the posted pic. I don't think it really causes a problem, just wondering what might cause it and if there could be something about what I'm doing. It is in the area that is offscreen so not seen when shown on my tv.
I'm capturing from my DishPVR and sending over s-video cables through Canopus ADVC100, then firewire to my computer. I see this on the Tremors: The Series that I'm working on now, and on my capture of Clone Wars, but not on Jonny Quest captures for example, or captures from my camcorder.
It looks like a row of pixels shifted over several rows? I'm looking at it with VirtualDub, also see it if I look in the Clip tool in TMPGEncPlus
Thanks,
Jeff
