i get yellow cards all the time.. but i've got a hookup with one of the mods, he keeps me legal when i start getting in to the danger zone.

can you imagine dvdrhelp if i got banned? i am in essence a part of dvdrhelp. even though that part might be cancerous.

....when a ban is considered is the fact that some of these people might have 6256 of 6289 posts that actually contribute to the site, rather than the odd ones who get banned with 6 posts (five of which contain abuse/warez, whatever)?

It is and was in the case of defense. Before he was banned we discussed it in the moderator forum and Baldrick was the one that made the final decision.

I'm sure that if he talked to Baldrick the ban would be lifted because he has contributed to the site however if he did come back he would need to tone it down in the personal attack department.
