I finally picked up the region 0 DVD release of the Twin Peaks pilot on DVD. The mastering job is "sped up" so the actors all have high voices. I assume this had something to do with it being a PAL master being poorly converted to NTSC?
Anyway...is there a way to rip the video from the DVD, put it in the proper frame rate without unsynching the audio, and then burning it again at the proper speed?
Agent cooper might well snarf helium, but it really gets on your nerves after a while.
