  1. OK today i installed a new 80 GB and now when i put in a DVD it doesnt automatically play it. I have no idea what the problem is. Like it read my drive but it doesnt read my dvd automatically. I would like some help with this please. Thank you.

    Assuming you have a DVD player program. Go to properties of the drive and see if autoplay is checked under DVD. Also make sure the player can play the DVD OK. You may have to look further to reactivate autoplay, but try this first.

    In window explorer click on the folder for your DVD drive, right click and you will see an autoplay option in a list. If not then choose properties and the autoplay option tab is there. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.
