  1. how come when I burn a dvd using nero6 it won't play back on my standalone dvd player when I know for a fact that the dvd+rw is an acceptable format?

    I read diffrent forum on wierd promlems people have. In each one there
    using Nero.


    Try using a diffrent dvd software.

    if ya dont know what you are doing...it doesnt matter what program you are trying. I use nero with excellant results. You are putting the files into the video_ts folder arent you?

  4. when I go to nero express and select video dvd I add my files but right before I go to burn it says complience test failed. so I go back and try making a data dvd. I put my vob files on that way and they get on the dvd fine. they even play back on my dvd-rom on my computer. but when I try to go play them back on my standalone player its fucked up. and I know for a fact that a dvd+rw will play on my standalone player

  5. what are your steps? sounds like you are screwing up when you are aurthoring them.

  6. i haven't authored them, i have been having a hard time trying to author with ifo edit.
