I like to make a continuous video using a bunch of jpeg pictures. does anyone have any idea if it's possible

If you have a video editor
Scan photos in a format it understands
Import them into editors timeline
give them desired duration
add music or sounds
set export settings to your like.

Yes, it is possible. It's called a slideshow or PhotoCD if you put it on disk. Search for those in the "How To" guides and articles.

Ah, I see. In that case, I suspect you will definitely need some kind of video editing tool. I've only used Premiere 6.0 - that'll do the job, but it's pricey. Apparently, you can get a second-hand package on eBay for $100.
