Is it possible to change the framerates? I've only found topics related to MPEG2 framerate conversions, but these are just VOB's, etc. Is it possible to make that conversion without losing any extra's?
Also, I'd like to implement a selectable Dutch subtitle. Should the above conversion be possible, when would be the right time to add my subtitle?
