Does anyone know of any freeware software can be used to watch TV (PAL) on my PC (with a resizable window)?
I have an ATI ViVo card, but can't run MMC with it - system incompatability issues, God bless ATI driver programmers!
I do not need to record live TV, so I don't want to buy PVR software, etc.
If I need to record, I cature using Ulead DVD Workshop and author to DVD.
All I would like is to be able to watch the TV on my PC whilst working! Doesn't need to have any fancy features, I don't need channel changers, still grabbers, captions/teletext, etc...........just a picture
Shame Windows Media Player can't do this (or have I missed something?)
I'm using WinXP
Thnxs for any help![]()

Thanx to fmctm1sw & Evander for the replys, I'll try the app's out over the W/End.
Appologies Richard_G...and well spotted!
Actually, I forgot to mention I don't need a tuner either, just a resizable video window. I have my PC just out of view from my TV set, but have the ATI's Video in connected to the TV's SCART.
Sorry for the confusion!
