  1. Help!
I would really like to watch Die Another Day which I've got in XVid format. I'm using TMPGEnc V2.59 47.155 to convert the XVid to DVD format. I load the the film in but no audio is shown to be loaded.

I have tried extracting the audio seperatly using VDub then load both video and audio into TMPGEnc which works until it starts to encode and I get "Sharing Violations" and other error messages for the "ntdll.dll" file.

Can someone help with this as Microsoft Help is very limited for "ntdll.dll" or suggest a better way to get 007 to DVD.

    Thanks in advance
    Andy.

  2. My advice would be to frameserve with VDub (File---->Frameserve) and then open the .vdr with TMPGEnc... careful, if you don't name the frameserve .vdr the frameserve name will have no extension so you have to open all files with TMPGenc. Then use the wav file and it might work... hope it helped!

Xvid is just a video codec, you have to get that for the video, but also audio filters for the ac3 audio that most xvid files have. Go to doom9.com and download the audio filters for ac3. Tmpgenc will then recognize the audio.

  4. just download the AC-3 ACM Decompressor by fccHandler from

    http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/AC3ACM/index.html

and you would be able to open ac3 files with TMPGEnc

    cheers
