Here's my issue...
I captured some "OLD" 8mm home videos (1957) from VHS (which I conveted many moons ago). The original MPGs and/or AVIs which I captued using ATI MMC, VirtualDub 1.5, and Vegas, look great but when I try to create a project in Premiere 6.5, Pinnacle Studio 8, and Vegas 3, something is happening that looks like massive frame loss.
The final project jumps from frame to play and is not a smooth running clip, almost like stills running in a slow motion.
