How can i open svcd files in Premiere 6?

Some ppl say: load a dvdplayer and win will use the codec. I had powerdvd and it didn't work for me, but LSX has a mpeg2 codec and that worked with prm6.

I found that WinDVD installs a mpeg2 codec!
