  1. I'm trying to use SVCD2DVDMPG (my first time). The file ends up filling up my disk.

    Please help.

    Thanks

    PS: This question is present in the FAQ but no answer?

    I am on a WinXP proffessional with over 17Gb of space
    The file I'm trying to encode is 726,120Kb.
    This is a 3.06Ghz P4 with hyper threading turned on.
    It starts filling up right after demuxing, when I stop it because the whole HDD is full, then I see a huge Mp2 file which has over 11 - 12 hrs of audio, however, the file has the movie audio for only 1:11:10 (which is perfect) and after that it is all blank.

    Please help!

    It's an Mpeg, VCD format. No idea how it was captured, but it's Mpeg 1 44Khz Audio.
    Just using SVCD2DVDMPEG to convert from mpg to the mpa media & mpeg.

    I dont know what other info to give you, because I'm very very very much a newbie.

    Thanks

    Ok, I have added the option for you to use bbDMUX as the demultiplexer.

    I'm hoping this solved the problem - please let us know.

    In Configuration->Options:

    Do an update to 1.5.1383.23557

    I had the same problem.. It seemed my mpg was corrupt. I ran it through tmgpenc (demulitplex and mulitplex) and it went fine after that.
    Greatings,
