Sonic Scenarist why is sub wrong

Hi.
Import of subtitles in Scenarist works fine , but the text is blured.
when only seeing the sub the text is ok , but when it's together with the movie , it get really blured.
if i type in my own text it works fine.
can someone please help me ?
have tried with JPG BMP TIFF and some others , same problem with all.
