Editing DVD+R from Philips DVDR75

I am having trouble re authoring discs I burns on my Philips DVDR75. I have tried with both +R and +RW.

I created a DVD+R and finalised it. I wanted to re author it using DVD Shrink but I get an error "Programming Error Impossible Program State Occured"

I then searched on this forum for some help and used DVD Decrypter to decrypt the files and tried to read them into DVD Shrink but I got the same error.

I am a newbie to this and am familiar with some basic editing concepts but nothing too advanced. I have used ULead MovieFactory 2.0 and Pinnacle Studio (which I really like but find horrendously slow).

Any help much appreciated.

Sometimes the older version of DVD Shrink (2.3) can open the files
that 3.0 beta can not...

DVDShrink - any version - HATES discs created on Philips machines.
If you are looking to just change to a better looking menu....Movie Factory 2 is actually great at it. Just use +RW discs in the Philips and use the "Edit Disc" mode....works great and the AC3 sound is left intact.
