skvcd to dvd

hi everyone .just a quick question as to how i can convert skvcd to dvd. i know its not really needed as skvcd fits onto one cd but my kids dvd player wont play them. ive downloaded the skvcd templates into tmpgenc but it will not open the file.any ideas ?

Rip the mpeg to your hard disk (isobuster) then you can use Virtualdub-mod (frameserve it is best) or DVD2avi to create a file that TMPGEnc will accept.

thanks for the help but ive actually stumbled across another way of doing it . i used tmpgenc dvd author to make a non compliant dvd , i then burned this to dvd using nero to disc and hey presto it plays on my kids dvd player. for some reason the kids player struggles to read vcds on cds . ive since tried burning a vcd and svcd to a non compliant dvd and it works, ive found this method much quicker than using tmpgenc to convert it to a compliant dvd.
