I've been reading alot of good things on standalone recorders on here. But i've also been interested in buying a hardware encoder card that does mpeg2.
My question is:
Is the quality of a standalone capture about the same as one from a hardware encoder card on the pc? Nevermind what you can and can't do with either. Just the quality
has anyone done tests?
thanx
