    I just bought the Pioneer DVD-ROM 116 1.22 (Not Region Free) is slow to load SVCDs and It won't read the SVCD cd. What should I do to prevent this problem? Thanks a lot!

    Since SVCD is basicly just a regular CD, I don't see why you are having problems, I have the Slot version of your drive, with the Region Free firmware, and I suggest you get a firmware for your DVD as well, and also check Sync and DMA on your drive, and that you have latest IDE drivers for your board.

    I don't know why. I think my Nero 5.5.5.1 has problem with it. I used to use Nero 5.5.2.4 and it has no problems. Now, I'm going back with Nero 5524. Thanks
