  1. i never tried it before but i just got a LG4040B as a gift and i have a toshiba sdr50002 in my pc already is it possible to have 2 dvd burner i do a lot of burning and if it is possible it would be great just dont know if it would be to much goin on at once to have a the lg burning at 4 x and the toshiba burning at 2x at the same time ???

  2. I am not aware of any application that will allow the simultaneous use of two or more burners at different speeds - several will allow multiple burners, but they tend to default at the fastest setting of the slowest drive.

    Duplicator manufacturers even suggest the same drives be fitted, although I don't think consumer grade applications are quite as fussy.

  3. You could have two different apps running to two different burners tho.. or even multiple copies of of the same app running.. but if you need this level of burning you need a faster burner... However I am a generous sould and will take the toshiba off your hands and spare you the burden of choice.

  4. Dont have 2 dvd burners...
    but i think nero 6 can because it burn on 2 totaly different
    things on Dvd & cd or Cd & cd...
