  1. My svcd plays on my coumputer using power dvd player. I try to play it my sony dvp ns400d and I get a no disk message. The sony dvd player is on the compatability list to play svcd's. 4. I have three sony dvd players and i have found that CD-R's do not work I use TDK CD-RW's 4x rewrite speed and Burn them at 4x takes a little longer but it works 100% for me never had a problem since. Back side of disc is silver with blue tint purchased at CompUSA for 19.99 plus tax for a 25 spindle. Any ?'s let me know I have yet to have a problem with thses disc's. Have fun and Goodluck
