In terms of quality which is better for use in a panasonic dvd-recorder and iomega super dvd-writer:
10x panasonic dvd-ram no cartridge
or
5 x 9.4 tdk dvd-ram removable cartridge
assuming that these are the same price, which is the better deal?

I've never been a huge fan of double sided media, but it'll save you about 1" of storage space I guess
) Really, there's nothing else to say. If it were double sided media WITHOUT the cartridge, that would be a different matter, but the cartridge itself overcomes what I see are the 2 biggest weaknesses of double sided media:
1. Nowhere to label;
2. If one side is scratched or damaged, it's twice the expense and time to replace the disc.
And you can't go too wrong using Panasonic media in a Panasonic player. -
You should match your media with your unit, thats really easy, panasonic media in panasonic machines....
