Beatles Anthology

I did back up my own Beatles Anthology collection using clone dvd, which allowed me to back each episode on a single dvd without compression.
Clone dvd allow you to save the menu on each episode which is great.
But, the only problem is the title menu.
For example episode 1 and 2 have the same menu, then by pressing the episode 2 link on the episode 1 backup, you will get nothing.
Can anybody tell me how to get rid of or disable one of the links of the main menu.
Does anybody have any ideas?
