How do I add leaders or trailers to multi disk movies??

Hi All,
I've settled on the best way to back up my dvd's but would like to add a trailer to the end of disk one. Something original like "end of disk one insert disk two to continue. " is there a source for .vob's like this?? I shrink movies under 6 gigs with DVD shrink and split disks over using Smartripper and ifoedit. TIA Keith
