  1. I don't want to pay for Quicktime Pro, Toast or ffmpegX.

But the iDVD application that came with my Mac G4 (DVD combo drive) will not accept "MPEG-1 files, QuickTime VR movies, and movies with sprite or Flash tracks."

Does anybody know what freeware can convert and/or burn these files to a DVD that plays on home DVD players?

Where do I download it? How do I do it?

Geez. You are wanting to do video production, but not spend any money.

Basically you'll need the apps from here, and Sizzle.

But face it, if you want quality products, you're gonna have to spend a little cash.

    I totally agree with that.

Sure there is a "free" way but please don't complain in future posts when you see the limitations of this "free" way.
