antimod DVD?

over the weekend I tried to play the R1 Spiderman SE on my LVD
and I got a screen that said this R1 DVD can not be played on Modded players
and then it showed a map with all DVD regions and codes
how weird is that, this is the only DVD I've seen that did this
and I have the multi region code hack enabled
I hope they don't start using this damn protection on all R1 DVD's

Perhaps this DVD does a test to see if R2 and R3 (and so on) are available to play on your player (this could be the way it detects whether or not your player is "modded"). If if finds these other regions available, then it aborts the playback. I believe that this is fairly easy to do with command sequences (but I haven't done this before).
