Please help, I am using TMPEGEnc 2.5 and after capturing DVI w/ premiere 6, and trying to convert raw AVI to MPEG2, TMPEGEnc washes all the color out, the preview doesn't show this, but when you are finished, the video is all washed out and like brightness /contrast all out of whack, I change minimal settings, but vid looks aweful?

Have you adjusted these settings to try and fix your problem?
Hello. -
In the settings goto "Quantizer Matrrix" and check the box "Output YUV data as Basic, etc. This may correct your problem. This option is specifically for DV video but will effect color balance on any video.
