ifo and bup dvd files

I was copying a dvd to my hard drive but on the very last section it wouldnt copy the ifo and bup files.

I used ifoedit to create my own for the part it wouldnt create for, but then i get errors when i try to burn everything onto the dvd,
ive burned sometthing else and its working so its must be the files ive created that it doesnt like

They were different in file size compared to what was on my original disk too

What can i do?

You left out some important details.

1) What are u trying to copy? A backup? A store bought DVD?
2) What are u using in your attempt to copy it? Drag and drop? DVD Decrypter? DVD Shrink? SmartRipper?
