put 4 vcd's on 1 DVD?

I have 4 hrs of VCD's and want tp put them on DVD to save space
Can this be done without looseing quality?

and you don't have to reconvert the video so you wont lose any video quality. But it only works with PAL and NTSC VCD(not NTSCFilm VCD = 23.976fps).

I would use tmpgenc dvd author.
