Have neodvd on my system using xp, pentium (r) 4cpu 2.00 ghz, 256 mb of ram, nec dvd+rw nd - 1100a and a hl-dt-st cd-rom gcr-8481b drive . While trying to make a dvd it goes through all the steps till it gets to the burning i get a failed to write to disk prompt. Is there any one who might know what is happening if so please respond.

You're trying to burn a DVDR disk or are you wanting to write to your hard disk. If you're having burn problems I would simply write the files to the hard drive then use another burning program to do the actual burn.
The only thing I could find on their website about burning issues is.....
"Verify that the file px.dll found in the folder C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 is version 358 or higher."
