Hi.
I have some TV documentaries that I recorded on to a DVD-RW disc (using my Pioneer dvr-7000 recorder.) I wanna try and transfer them on to a DVD-R so I can watch them on a regular dvd player but the main movie file on the DVD-RW is in a .VRO format. (The full name of the main movie file is VR_MOVIE.VRO and there's another file called VR_MANAGR.) Does anybody know of any programs that convert .VRO files to .VOB?
Or maybe there's another way to transfer all the data on to a DVD-r?
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Mat
(PS. I have a dvd-r/r-w drive hooked up to my PC)

I attempted to do this a few months ago. As I remember, Ulead's Movie Factory 2 will read vro files if they were recorded in the 2 hour or less formats on the DVR-7000. I was not able to find a way to read vro files which had been recorded in formats exceeding 2 hrs.
