Are there any players available that can play interlaced DIVX files , I've tried quite a few but haven't found one yet . I've tried deinterlacing them but because the footage is fast moving it appears rather jerky so I want to keep them interlaced if possible .

The only solution I can find is to convert to MPG2 and play them using DVD software but as I personally prefer the DIVX encoder would rather use the DIVX format .

    Graham .

  2. A modded xbox with Xbox Media Player would have that option I think. Look for a filter or something for your player.

Thanks pornlime , reading through some forums I've decided to go for Bob deinterlacing using AVIsynth . It increases the FPS by splitting each frame and creating 2 images from it although this increases the coversion time by 2 though .
