    My dvd reader have start not to read lots of dvds. The dvd don't spin up and it says that no dvd is loaded. If i put the same dvd in the dvd writer it works, but it's so slow to read, it take like a hour or so to rip a dvd.

    So what can be wrong with my dvd reader?

    nothing check to see if it plays a commercial dvd most likely your dvd does not like reading the media i bet there dvd-r
