    I don't have the PS2 online - YET...

    I have seen a ton of ads for it lately as the EA Sports line of games is going big with the PS2 online stuff now...... Looks like their entire line of sports games will be able to multiplay over it this year....

    I was so close to getting it last year when Navy Seal SOCOM came out....

    So if you like the sports games, then go for it.

  3. madden online is pretty sweet.

    i really only play sports game, so after i've mastered the game i need a new challenge, online play provides that.

    and there is nothing shweeter than pulling off the wh0mp of the century on someone, as seen below;

    In Europe only people with broadband high speed internet can play online. Also if you've got a USB modem then you need to buy a router in order for it to work with the ps2 modem. I've got a LAN hub, could that be used in some way?

  7. the guy was a real shit talker.. he would make up every excuse in the book as to why he lost.. so i told him to pick the teams, and i even let him be the home team.

    i think he turned the ball over like 20 times..

    i could have ended the game @ 63-14 and just ran clock on him @ the end of the 3rd, but i decided to go out on an all out offensive attack.. i turned the ball over a few times and he was able to get a few in on me.. but you can never live down having 111 points scored on you.

    i could have made it 118 points (or 119 w/ 2pt conv) on a last second int that i could have easily returned, but i liked having 111 points, so i just went down.

    I have to warn you, it's highly addictive. Socom is about the most fun game I've played online and now that Socom II is out, I'm looking to get it reconnected(sports games are fun too). I used to have boradband but then had it disconnected since I couldnt affoard it....I miss the socom days.
