yea it is a bit odd... but perhaps he is just excited about macs and mac forums....

it doesnt have the feel of this place, but then again perhaps its because of all the time i put into this place

I have been assigned Moderator of the VIDEO EDITING section of that forum

After spending a few days there its actually quite nice
the thing i like about it is they break up mac discussions into a lot of different categories

here we pretty much have this as a mac posting area and yes most of it is video related but there are topics here that have nothing to do with video

i think its nice that that place is nothing but mac users, and they have topics that cover way more than just Mac Video

at the least, take a look

the thing i like about it is they break up mac discussions into a lot of different categories

so does baseboard...only it's about 1000x better there. it feels like a real community.

that and the new look is too strange. Plus there is a MEGA delay on the POST A REPLY portion of the reply.

For my own experience this guy is only building an email list to buy it to some spamers organisation.

I just looked at that site they now have 44 users but i couldnt look at it til i registered and not interested in signing up for a site i know nothing about so sad.
