I live in Seattle. I was flipping through the channels and I found that channel 109 is the digital feed for PBS. When I tune it in, the picture is squished with black bars on the sides. I captured a frame of video at 704x480 and resized it 50% so you could see what I am talking about. Does anyone know why it's squished like that? When you take out the black bars and resize it to be 16:9 it's too wide, so that's not the reason (I tried). It's really strange.
